These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leadvaultmarketing.com and the marketing services provided by LeadVault Marketing ("LeadVault," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
LeadVault provides marketing consulting and related services to local service businesses, including audits, campaign setup, and marketing automation. Specific services and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in through a website form, checkbox, or verbal agreement, you consent to receive SMS text messages from LeadVault Marketing related to appointment reminders, follow-ups on inquiries, and account or service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages; you will receive a one-time confirmation and can resubscribe by replying START. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for assistance. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement provided to you before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Review & Referral Booster founding plan: $297 setup is due at purchase. The recurring service costs $99 per month, with the first monthly charge 30 days after purchase and monthly renewals thereafter until canceled. The 30-day period delays the monthly service fee; it does not waive the setup fee.
To cancel future renewals, email [email protected] before your next billing date from the email address used at checkout. Include your business name and request to cancel the Review & Referral Booster. We will confirm cancellation by email. Timely cancellation stops the next renewal; service remains available through the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically refund completed setup work or prior service periods. This does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
Setup targets two business days after the readiness audit is completed and the correct Google review destination, branding, assets, secure collaborator access, and approvals are received and the project is confirmed Ready to Build. Missing information or approvals pause that delivery target. Customer review requests use email; SMS is separately scoped and requires applicable approval and consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by LeadVault Marketing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadVault Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
